The interview was a positive experience. It started with a discussion about my professional background and why I was interested in the position. Then, I had a test conducted via a remote desktop. The interviewer was very friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout. Even though it didn't end up being a successful interview, I found it to be a good learning opportunity.

The overall experience was positive. It was a relaxed and informal atmosphere. The first interview was very conversational and chill. The second interview was a bit harder than the first, but they asked very similar questions. It was just a more formal/high-pressured situation.

My interview was cut short when I mentioned I wanted to au pair for the summer before starting meddeas, thinking it would help me. The interviewer explained that it might not work with the program's start date because I'd need to be in the UK a month before to get my visa. I totally got that. I then asked if changing my plans would get me a second interview, as I really wanted the job. The interviewer said I would. But then, the next Monday, I emailed meddeas and the person acted like they didn't know anything and just said my application was unsuccessful. Which was odd since we barely interviewed. I emailed again explaining, and the person apologized for the mix-up and sent it to HR, saying they knew what was up. Haven't heard back since. It felt unfair.

The interview process involves a 'good cop, bad cop' dynamic between interviewers who seem untrained in HR or psychology. Initially, there's a phone call to verify English proficiency, which is standard. The first interview is with the 'good cop,' who discusses the company and administers irrelevant tasks like rapid number and word writing, and other unrelated exercises. Fortunately, the subsequent technical test is relevant to the role. The final interview is with the 'bad cop,' who conducts an intense interrogation, asks for work history (unethically), poses inappropriate personal questions, and aims to create maximum stress. This interviewer also boasts about the company's high turnover, framing it positively, and constantly reposts job openings, suggesting a need for submissive employees. While it might be suitable as an entry-level job, a different employer with more pleasant staff is recommended given the management style.
