Human Resources Director
The recruiter rescheduled my initial phone screen five times due to her availability and personal reasons. We eventually connected, and she then scheduled me for a test. After I completed the test, I heard nothing back for several weeks. I had to reach out myself to inquire about next steps, which was very unprofessional and disappointing. I had previously interviewed for this role about 18 months ago with the SVP of HR, who sent an encouraging email stating the position wouldn't be filled due to budget constraints at the time. When the role reopened 18 months later, I contacted her, referencing her previous email, but received no response, which was also unprofessional and disappointing.

The hiring process was very professional. I had two interviews. The first was with the CEO, who gave me a lot of information about the company's mission and values. This really resonated with my personal goals, and I accepted the job offer. The second interview was with my direct manager, who was great but has since left the company.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
- How would you approach receiving feedback?
- Could you provide details on the company's benefits?
Patient Service Representative
Got an email for a phone interview pretty quickly after applying. Then, there was an on-site interview with HR, a manager, and a team supervisor. If they offer you the job, you have to do a background check and fill out some paperwork before your first day of orientation. All in all, it was a pretty fast process from applying to starting training.
- Focus on your team interaction skills.
- Focus on your technical ability.

I got an email about setting up a phone interview. I did the phone interview with Christin, who was nice. Yvette contacted me a few days later for another interview. She said Andrew would contact me to set up an in-person interview. The process was smooth and efficient. I liked that they let me know they chose someone else.
- Can you explain your meaning of 'care' using each letter of the word?
