Claims Analyst
The interviewer was super late but ended up keeping the interview short and sweet, which made up for it. The questions were pretty straightforward, not too "out there." It was only 20 minutes long and I got the job! Honestly, if you have a college degree, they'll hire you. They're firm on the pay though.
- What would your last employer say about you?
Customer Service Representative
It was a basic interview process. They asked normal behavioral questions, nothing out of the ordinary. I interviewed with the call center supervisor. It was a very brief interview and didn't take too long. I went through a temp agency who set up the interview, and it was all done in a matter of days.
- Can you share an instance where you had to inform a customer that their request could not be fulfilled due to company policy?
Customer Service Representative
After submitting my online application, I received a call from HR. They asked me a few questions over the phone. Then, they invited me for an in-person interview and a typing test. I took the typing test first, and afterward, I went downstairs for the interview.
- Can you describe a situation where you exceeded expectations to assist a customer?
Customer Service Representative
They had a typing test first. If you type at least 35 wpm, you can move on to the interview. The rest of the interview process was pretty easy and I got an offer in about two weeks.
