The interview process took place over several days with various staff members. There was one meeting with someone specific (he). All interviews were conducted in conference rooms. The interviewers were dressed in business casual attire, not formal. They seemed nice and gave the impression they were keen to hire.

Laboratory Technician
I had a personal interview with the company manager. They asked me several questions, and then I met with the CEO to see how I would perform, discussed the job description, and what was expected of me. After that, I had an interview with the person responsible for my position. The interaction was very friendly, and they asked technical questions relevant to the job.
