I submitted my resume online and was contacted by phone for a screening with the lead physician. They were really nice and helpful. Then the lead physician/owner called me for a 15-minute interview. After that, I went in for about 5 hours to "shadow" and learn their processes to see if it was a good fit. They offered me the job within a couple of days.
