Communications Specialist
It started with a really easy and smooth chat with HR. Then, I had an in-person interview that seemed to be a good fit for the role. The trial day, though, was quite stressful. It involved meeting with 4 senior colleagues and completing tasks between meetings. It was a bit awkward not knowing my salary and position details by the end of the trial day, especially since they had my CV for three weeks. In the end, they hired someone more junior.

Associate Designer
There were 2 meetings. The first one was just an introduction, and the second one was more technical. The technical interview was on-site in Castel San Pietro. They checked my English and talked about what they do. It was a 4-hour interview.
- Can you explain how to identify bone orientation?
- What do you understand by anatomical planes?
- What distinguishes anatomical axes from mechanical axes?
Project Manager
I went through five interviews total, four online and one in person. It kicked off with an interview in Italian, and then the rest were in English. After they offered me the job, I gave them the paperwork for my work visa, which was about a $1000 expense. Then, they messed up and applied for the wrong visa, even though they said they were applying for the right one. They also put down a salary so low that the Swiss government said it was 'Non in linea con il mercato del lavoro,' meaning it was below market rate, and that's why the visa got rejected. Communication was really bad the whole time, with them taking ages to reply to emails and hanging up on me multiple times.
- Can you discuss your past experience as it relates to this role?
- If you were to update a previous version of one of our products, what specific improvements would you suggest?
Accountant
