First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Med One Group.
Sales Support Assistant
I found out about the job from someone I knew and then applied online. After a few days, I got a call to schedule the first interview. I met with the HR head and the Sales Support manager. It felt good, and they said they'd call in a couple of weeks if they wanted a second interview. I was called back and met the people I'd be working with, two leasing team managers and my potential supervisor. That went well too. About a week later, I got the job offer and accepted. The whole thing took about a month.
- Tell me about how you manage in stressful situations.
Account Manager
I first chatted with HR, then had a phone interview with a Director of Sales and the VP of Sales. After that, I met the Director of Sales in person. The final step involved flying out to corporate to meet with the VP of Sales and other internal folks.
- Tell me about your background.
- What's your vision for the future?
- How do you see healthcare evolving?
Warehouse Manager
After applying, I had a phone screen. Then I went in for an in-person interview. The whole thing was pretty straightforward and easy, talking with my direct manager. They asked me questions to get to know me, and I felt comfortable talking with them.
- Can you tell me about challenges you've encountered in your past roles?
Sales Agent
I had 2 interviews, one for general leasing sales and one for medical leasing sales. After that, I got a few calls and then an offer, which I accepted.
- Can you provide details about your past employment?
- Are you prepared to put in the hard work required for success in this role?
