Behavioral Presentation

The interview process started with a phone screen with hiring managers. Then, I had an in-person meeting with them and a Senior HR representative. The CEO even made a brief appearance to meet me, which I found impressive as it showed his care in ensuring the candidate's fit with the company. The questions were thoughtful, and the management was professional, making it a positive experience overall, even though I didn't receive an offer.
