Help Desk Technician
It was a waste of time, after 5 different rounds including assessments they just don't respond to your email or call. It looks like they are trying to train their staff, not hire anyone, but they were friendly. The interview consisted of: 1-phone call 2- 3 hours personal assessments 3- protracted assessment with recruiter 4- HR interview with hiring manager 5- technical interview.
- Can you tell me about your last project?
- Describe a time you dealt with a difficult client.
- Which ticketing systems are you familiar with?
Engineer
Applied online and got a quick response with details about assessments. They explained the purpose and benefits well. The assessments took a couple of hours. A recruiter and hiring manager contacted me promptly. The interview lasted about an hour. After submitting additional background info, including transcripts, I got an offer. They mentioned a potential second interview, but it wasn't needed. This process was great compared to others; it was efficient and didn't involve lengthy onsite interviews. I appreciated their respectful approach to my time.
- Can you share specific instances from your past work?
- Were you asked for concrete examples of your experience?
Account Executive
It was a long process with many steps. First, I had to complete three 20-minute assessments. After about a week, I was given another three 20-minute assessments. Then, I was told I passed to the next stage, which was a 30-minute CCAT test with a moderator. Four days later, I was contacted for a 20-minute call with the hiring manager. It went well, and I was told they would schedule another call. Three days after that, a 1-hour call was scheduled, which was a Q&A session covering many topics. Following that, the hiring manager wanted to meet in person since they were coming to my town. I provided my availability, but didn't hear back. I followed up two days later and was told the hiring manager was still finalizing their schedule. A week later, I followed up again with no response. My final follow-up led to being told that they decided to go in a different direction, despite my interest.
- Numerous questions were asked on a wide range of subjects.
Team Leader
Applied online through the company's career site. Received an email from HR detailing the hiring process, which involved completing a series of 5 exams and assessments, followed by a proctored exam. Each assessment was different and presented multiple scenarios not related to the job description, mainly aimed at identifying personality and reactions in various situations. A week after the proctored exam, I got an email saying I wasn't selected for the role with a brief, ridiculous reason. The whole hiring process was too time-consuming and ineffective, not recognizing the time, effort, skills, and experience I invested. The process felt disrespectful and lacked human interaction.
- Completing a series of assessments focused on behavioral scenarios.
