First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Measurabl.
Account Manager
The interview process was pretty straightforward. There were 2 phone calls and then 2 Zoom interviews. The second interview involved speaking with multiple people on the team. Nothing about the process stood out as being different.
- What is it about this role that excites you?
Customer Delivery Manager
The interviewer said they'd get back to me next week. I emailed them twice after that, but they didn't reply for over three weeks. They then just told me I didn't get the job. They weren't professional or considerate of people job searching. I missed out on another job because I was waiting for them. I really hope they don't treat their customers like this.
- Can you list the most important factors to consider when managing projects?
Customer Delivery Manager
What a terrible interview process, really strange at times, which makes sense given the bad reviews from current employees. They had 4 interview rounds. First was the hiring manager, then the head of account management (who was completely unprepared), and a VP who questioned why references were needed, saying they're just from people who like you and will say nice things. Well, yeah, that's the point of references. Then came the references themselves, which were 20-minute video calls. I've never experienced that before, and my references found it super weird too. After that, a follow-up call with the hiring manager, who was genuinely nice and we connected well. But honestly, a follow-up call after references? That's new. I was ultimately rejected because I didn't have the required experience length, even though they knew this from the very first recruiter call. It's a shame because the hiring manager was great, but I should have gone with my gut feeling and the reviews.
- What's your approach when a client requests something the product can't deliver?
- How do you juggle managing several projects simultaneously?
Product Marketing Manager
I went through a few rounds of interviews. First, I spoke with a recruiter, then the hiring manager, and finally, four other team members. So that was four interviews in total. It took a lot of time to get ready and do the interviews. Unfortunately, after all that, I didn't get any updates. I got a voicemail from the recruiter about a week after my last interview, I called them back right away, but then I didn't hear anything back. It was a bit disappointing because I was really interested in Measurabl because of their focus on sustainability and climate, but most people I talked to said that wasn't really a requirement for the job.
