Got a call from a recruiter about the job, and an interview was set up not long after. The interview was pretty standard with the usual questions, but I haven't heard back with any feedback. The recruiter was super responsive before but vanished after the interview, so yeah, the whole thing felt negative.

Hiring new employees involves a multi-step interview process. You'll typically have interviews that are one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. These interviews can happen in person, over the phone, via email, or through video calls. The specific steps can differ for each company, depending on the job and who's in charge of hiring.

The interview process was pretty well put together. It started with an interview by a 2-person panel, and then a third staff member joined, making it a 3-person panel interview. The organization I'm interviewing with seemed smaller than places I've worked before, and I did have some doubts at first. However, Mears shares office space with the client, and I really enjoyed working with the client and the customer service team.

It was a quick and easy interview process, and they kept me informed about everything from the beginning to the end. The head office staff were really polite and helpful, and I'd definitely recommend them. The staff at the Wakefield office were just as good.
