First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ME Elecmetal.
Finance Manager
It was a pretty good interview process. Started with HR, then I talked to two other folks, one of them being the hiring manager. All these interviews were done online. After they gave me the offer, I got to visit the office and meet the rest of the team.
- What's your take on dealing with individuals who can sometimes be negative?
Financial Reporting Manager
It was a fast process. A recruiter helped me and handled all the scheduling. I talked to HR, the hiring manager, and the VP of Finance. The whole thing from the first chat to the offer took about a week. The initial interviews were on Teams, then I went into the office to meet the hiring manager before taking the offer.
- What led to your departure from your previous job?
Cost Accountant
I had a phone interview with a recruiter first. Then, I had an on-site interview where I met with the Cost Accounting manager, HR, and the Director of Finance. It was a typical accounting interview. I spoke with the cost accounting manager for about 20 minutes in his office. After that, I met with the Director of Finance. The office environment was very quiet, with not much interaction between employees.
- Where would you begin?
- How do you identify a cost driver?
- What is your motivation?
Area Manager
The process starts with a phone interview, followed by various types of interviews with people of different hierarchical levels within the company. There are also psycho-laboral and other types of exams. The people are pleasant. The consultancy keeps you informed of the progress.
