I had a chat with the manager and a scientist. We discussed my background and experience. They told me about some new projects. Then I had an in-person interview with them. It seemed to go pretty well and smoothly.

This was honestly the worst interview ever. Plan on wasting about 3 hours of your time. You end up meeting with people you won't even be working closely with. About halfway through, I figured out it wasn't the right fit for me. The management team seems to have no clue what they're doing and is all over the place.
