It was great. The interview process included hypothetical scenarios, like what you'd do with unlimited company funds to fix a customer mistake, and asking about past experiences handling difficult customers and how you resolved them.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty easy. They asked standard questions that were really informative about the job description and what to expect. Communication was great throughout the candidate review process, and they were very timely. Everyone was professional and personable. It started with HR, then there were two more interviews. The first was with the HR team, and the second was with managers who were interested in hiring. They were open to considering candidates for any positions they qualified for.
