First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MDI IT Workforce Solutions.
IT Recruiter
The interview process was professional and efficient. I was interviewed by the Atlanta Managing Director, the CEO, and the HR Director. I had two phone interviews and an in-person interview. I found out within two weeks of interviewing that I received the job.
- Can you share some of your qualities that would help MDI succeed?
- What's your understanding of grit?
- Could you introduce yourself?
Recruiter
Had a quick 20 minute call with Jessica, then some more emails and calls with her. Then I went to an in person interview at a co-working space in Austin with Daryl, and it went really well. I felt a good connection with him. After that, I heard nothing. I tried calling and texting to follow up and just got a generic response. It was unexpected from a well-known company to ghost me like that, especially since they aren't even based in Austin.
- Where do you envision yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Market Director
They lack a quality process so they over interview.

Implementation Specialist
It was a phone interview, kind of a conference call, with two people interviewing me. Then I had a Skype interview which went well. They asked questions about my resume and skills, told me about the company's history and mission, and their expectations for the role. The job involves a lot of travel but also offers remote work flexibility to help clients.
- Can you share your experience working as a trainer?
