I submitted an online application and then had a phone interview. After that, I got a verbal offer and then an offer letter came by email a few days later. The interview was pretty standard and asked what you'd expect. It's a good spot to get clinical experience, though there was a lot of turnover when I was there.

I got a call about 3-4 days after I applied online. They had me do two online tests first, one for critical thinking and one for personality. After I finished those, I called them to follow up and set up an interview for the next week. When I went in, they had me take two more online tests, just like the ones before. Then, I met with two managers in a testing room. I was able to negotiate my pay, which I guess not everyone does, and they agreed to my request. They offered me the job! After the interview, they told me a background check would take about a week. Finally, they called me to start my training.

I first applied online for a Medical Assistant position at MD Now about a month ago after seeing an opening on Facebook, but was denied within two days. A few weeks later, I attended a job fair at an MD Now location. There, I reapplied in person, gave my resume to the front desk person, and joined a group of other applicants for a tour and a brief orientation about the company and the role. I was surprised to get an email within 72 hours inviting me to take an online exam, which had two parts: a timed critical thinking test with math and reasoning, and a personality assessment. After submitting the online exams, I was called and invited for an in-house interview within 72 hours. At the interview, I first took another timed critical thinking exam on a computer without any aids. Afterwards, I met with two people in an examining room and they asked me interview questions, and I also had the chance to ask them questions. The entire interview process took about 45 minutes. Within 7 days after the interview, I received a job offer over the phone from HR, and we discussed benefits and scheduled my drug screening, PPD test, and fingerprinting. I accepted the offer.

I got a call the next day after applying and was invited for an in-person interview. I got there 30 minutes early but the interview didn't start until about 45 minutes after the scheduled time. We then toured the whole office to find a space, and it ended up being in a patient exam room. Two people interviewed me; one was nice, but the other seemed to have a bad attitude, like she had better things to do. A former employee later mentioned she quit after four months because the environment was hostile and people left often.
