The video call was very straightforward. They wanted to know about my experience, knowledge, and ambition, as well as my targets. Salary wasn't discussed at this stage, and the conditions were clearly laid out. I did consider my options before deciding against it, but it was a good process with fair people to talk to.

I was contacted online and after a brief chat, I was invited to the company. The interview was really nice, and the people I met were always smiling. We talked a lot about the company and about me, and only one technical question was asked.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The initial conversation went really well and felt promising. The second interview was postponed three times. It started off okay, but then the Head of Technology became quite aggressive, as others have also noted. We got the results very quickly, with a rejection two days later. Unfortunately, I get the impression they don't value or want to pay for extensive experience.

Behavioral Presentation

We started with a friendly greeting, the interviewers introduced themselves and their department. Then I introduced myself and they asked me some questions. After that, I gave a short presentation on a prepared topic. We had a good, peer-level discussion and asked questions of each other. We clarified the terms (notice period, salary), met the team, and they explained the next steps. They said we'll hear from them soon.
