Pharmacy Technician
The interview lasted about 40 minutes and focused on my previous pharmacy technician experience. It was a friendly and professional process with no surprising questions. Since I applied for a less popular shift, they inquired about my willingness to work it.
- Can you describe your previous experience as a pharmacy technician?
- How do you work with a team?
- What contributions can you make to our team?
Pharmacist
Had a short interview where they asked basic questions about my employment history, skills, and if I was interested. They went over the benefits package and gave me some info about the institution and department. After that, I toured the campus and had lunch with some managers. There were also a few group interviews with the current teams where they asked about my interests and previous experiences.
- What are your goals?
Pharmacy Technician
The hiring and interview process was brief with not many questions asked. Honestly, they weren't really paying much attention to what I was saying.
