The recruiter was nice and welcoming. The panel interview on the unit was with three people and felt exhausting. There were many situational questions, but no clinical ones. We got a unit tour and I met the staff. The unit is beautiful and the people there seemed great.

So basically, I applied online and they reviewed my application. They selected me really early on. But then, even though I have a lot of experience and a master's degree, they offered me the lowest possible salary. They said something about having to think about the other people in the department. It's kinda frustrating because the Institute of Medicine recommended that healthcare providers get advanced degrees to lower health issues, and now these places are acting like our achievements and skills don't matter.

So I had this interview, it was about 20 mins long, and there were 2 people on the panel. They asked about 6 questions, pretty standard stuff, no specific situations. The interview room was big and other interviews were happening at the same time.
