First, an interview with HR, then you fill out more paperwork and take a shuttle to the department for the local interviews. After that, you interview with the department heads, then have a team interview with your potential colleagues, and finally, you get a tour of the place you might be working.

I applied online and did some online assessments. Then a recruiter called me, and I did a timed writing test. After that, I interviewed with the hiring manager via Zoom. Then I had a Zoom interview with his two managers. That was followed by an interview with five people. They didn't get back to me for a month, and my email asking about the status wasn't answered. I saw today that the job is filled. So basically, I met with 9 people over a month and did three online assessments that took over 90 minutes. They didn't even send a rejection email. It seems a bit disorganized for such a large company.

The process involved a writing/editing test and several interview rounds. All communication was handled by HR. The HR department is quite large, making it sometimes difficult to reach the correct person, but they are efficient when they need to hire someone quickly.
