It was just one basic interview before they give you an offer or not. They also check criminal record history. I heard they also take a personality test sometimes but I think that was just experimental.

There was a separate phone interview with HR. The interview itself is pretty standard. They do a lot of time in background checks since it's a third-party checker.

The interview process included a scheduled phone screening, then an unplanned call from a recruiter with a few questions that felt like another interview. This was followed by an in-person interview with a panel of 5 people (HR, hiring manager, and technical folks) and then four 1:1 interviews with different managers. They really focus on STAR method, so be ready for that. Everyone was super nice, knew their stuff, and was really organized and prepared. I felt good about the people and the company afterward.

I met with 6 people, the team I would be joining. They told me a lot about the company, the culture, and the projects. Everyone said the benefits and work-life balance were great, but they also mentioned the bureaucracy and too many meetings. Overall, I really enjoyed the interview process and getting to know my future colleagues.
