It started with a quick 5-10 minute Zoom call with HR for a basic screening. They asked about what's most important to me in a workplace, my expectations from an employer, how I'd handle conflict with a coworker, how often I call in sick, and why I left my previous job. After I had a chance to ask my questions, they mentioned the Nurse Manager would be in touch with suitable candidates.

The interview process was not too difficult, as they were mainly looking for someone to fill an information technology internship role. The questions were mostly geared towards schooling and aspirations. There were only two interviewers and the overall interview was fairly short.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a quick 15-minute phone screen, and then I had a scheduled 1-hour RN interview over Teams. They were fast with getting back to me after each step. Sadly though, the hiring manager never got back to me after that, even when I followed up on emails. So, I got ghosted in the end. It's really important to close the loop with people who apply.

The initial experience was great. I got a quick response after applying to set up a phone interview. The recruiter was friendly and explained the role and what they were looking for. The in-person interview was scheduled fast, which I liked. I met with two people who were nice and asked standard questions. They said I'd hear back by the end of the next week, but I didn't. I was waiting to accept another offer based on this one. Overall, I was happy with the process and the people, except for the lack of follow-up.
