I had an initial phone interview, then a callback with multiple people. The callback interview was really long, and they seemed to forget about me for a while, leaving me with one attorney for about 30 minutes. I was disappointed I didn't get an offer because it felt like they unnecessarily walked me around the office.

I had an initial phone chat with HR, and then they invited me for an in-person interview. After that, I didn't hear back for about two months because they had some staffing issues and wanted to interview a lot of people. Once things settled, they asked me back for another interview. This time, I met with HR, two paralegals, two attorneys, the department head, and the CEO. It was a long process, but not tough, no weird questions. In the end, they offered me a job that's similar to what I applied for but even better suited for me. I'm really happy with it. The whole thing felt more like a casual chat than a formal interview.

I had a phone chat with HR first, then I was interviewed by two managing partners, an of counsel, and the CEO who isn't a lawyer. After the interviews, they asked for my writing samples. They took 60 days to respond, and I didn't get an offer, which is fine by me as it's a good firm for New Hampshire.

Got a call from a friendly hr person. Then I went in for the interview later that week. Met the lead lawyer of the department I was interviewing for and at the same time I met with the firm's business manager. Then I spoke with an associate one-on-one. The interview was very friendly, nice people, put me at ease. We spoke about my experiences and their department and hiring needs. When I met with the associate she told me about the job and company culture.
