My experience with the recruiter was terrible; they kept rescheduling at the last minute and the conversation felt unprepared. They didn't even finish reading my resume on the call. I decided to pull out and look for jobs elsewhere where candidates are treated better.

The interview process itself was good, and I appreciated the time with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, the recruiting experience was extremely poor. Communication from the recruiter was inconsistent and ultimately disrespectful. After my first interview I followed up promptly with a thank-you email, shared my availability and clarified which role (out of multiple) I believed was the best fit. That information was never passed along and by the second interview the hiring manager had no knowledge of my prior responses. Later I was asked to schedule a third interview with a director. I provided my availability but was never contacted again — no update, no closure, no explanation. All it would have taken was a simple note acknowledging whether I was still under consideration or if priorities had shifted. Instead, I was left completely in the dark. The lack of professionalism from the recruiter overshadowed the entire process. Based on this experience, I would not recommend engaging with this company.

The interview process included a screening phone call and then a hiring interview. The questions were easy, so make sure you have your own questions prepared. The screening phone call focused on soft skills, so that's important to concentrate on. You should have an idea of what you want to say and research the company beforehand.

It was a long interview process with 4 interviews in total. It took them 3 weeks after my last interview to get back to me with a decision. First there was a phone screen with HR, then another phone screen with the hiring manager, and after that there were 2 panel interviews with some of the people I would be working with or other managers at the company.
