I applied and HR contacted me quickly for a short phone interview. Then, they set up another phone interview with a more senior person. After that, I was invited to meet with a group of three employees, and it seemed to go well. I didn't hear back for a while, so I followed up via email and was told I'd get an update. This back-and-forth continued every couple of weeks until I stopped reaching out. About three weeks after our last email exchange, I sent one more email to see if I was still being considered. I got a standard response saying they had moved forward with someone else. I was pretty disappointed by the lack of professionalism and courtesy, especially since I'd made it to a late stage. I really thought they'd at least let me know if I didn't get the job. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

Started with a 30 min phone chat with HR, then a quick phone call with a staff member, and lastly an in-person interview that was a bit over an hour. The interviews were all good, I felt respected and engaged. It was a good experience overall except for one thing. After the interview, the hiring manager said they would update me on the next steps, but I ended up having to reach out two weeks later to ask about it. That's when they told me they went with someone else, which is fine. But I just think it's really impolite that they didn't bother to tell me I wasn't moving forward after I made it that far. It's a super easy thing to do, takes like a minute and a quick email. Basic manners, really shows you the character of the company.

I had a 15-minute phone interview with HR, which was pretty standard for the role. After that, I completed a 75-minute writing assessment where I had to create a marketing plan for ESSKA. Unfortunately, I never received any feedback after submitting it. I sent a follow-up email after three weeks and still heard nothing back. While I understand I might not have gotten the job, it would have been good to at least get a response.

Applied online. Had a phone interview with HR, followed by a writing test, and then another phone interview. Everyone was very friendly and engaging, and the writing test was very practical. Was told I'd hear in ~3 days about the next steps. I never did. I did not follow up as I took another position at that time. Still, the radio silence left a bad taste.
