I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. We scheduled a phone screening, and she mentioned the hiring managers wanted to do a virtual interview. The virtual interview seemed to go well, and they said they'd be in touch the following week. After not hearing back, I followed up with the recruiter but received no response from anyone. It was very unprofessional.
