I first spoke with the company recruiter who thought I was a good fit. Then the hiring manager went over the interview process, finished my sentences, and spoke really fast, like they wanted to get through it. The next interview was with a team member who hadn't interviewed before and just read questions from a list. The recruiter still contacts me about jobs every 6-12 months, and I'm usually a top candidate, but I think they're disorganized and don't focus on what's really important for the role.

I had a telephone interview with the Recruiter first. Then I met face-to-face with the Hiring Manager and a Key Stakeholder. There was also a telephone interview with another key Stakeholder. A network connection at McKesson, who is a VP, put in a good word for me. I'm a big believer in networking, especially for getting your foot in the door at McKesson. People told me it was really hard, but I didn't find it difficult at all.
