Be careful applying here unless you are an exact fit for the role and their salary range, even though they don't tell you the range. You have to really want to work for them, more than just exploring the opportunity. All the initial questions seemed geared towards screening people out, not assessing skills for the posted position. They didn't even discuss the posting after 11 minutes, and leading questions got me to the "NO" pile.

I had a strange and somewhat unprofessional interview process with McKesson. It started with a late evening call from HR on Good Friday, wanting to do a quick interview, but we rescheduled for the next afternoon. That call went fine, and I was told I'd hear back soon. A few days later, another HR rep called for another screen, which also went well. Over the next week, I had hour-long phone interviews with three people I'd be working with; these were conversational about the role and my experience. After my fifth phone interview, I was told the VP was traveling and I should hear about next steps by the end of the following week. That week passed without word. Two weeks later, I emailed HR for an update and got no response. Another two weeks passed, and I followed up again. HR finally replied that the team was busy and they'd update me when they could. Two months later, I got a generic rejection email. The lack of communication and dragging the process out for over three months without updates felt unprofessional. I emailed the hiring manager for feedback afterward, but never heard back. After 5+ hours and 5 interviews, I think a quick call or email explaining why I wasn't a fit would have been appropriate.
