First, I had a standard interview with the recruiter, who was really nice and welcoming. It was pretty informal. A few days later, they called me for an interview with the hiring manager. This interview was also pretty informal and friendly, and I thought it went really well. After that, though, they totally ghosted me. My messages to the recruiter were ignored, and I later saw the job ad posted again. It was super unprofessional, especially after two interviews. If they treat candidates like this, I doubt the employee experience is any better. I wouldn't apply here again.

The process was thorough, with a good explanation of the job and back-and-forth with the recruiter. However, the recruiter seemed distracted and claimed to be 'typing' during the interview, which didn't feel like a conversation. They will ghost you if you aren't an ideal candidate.

Behavioral Technical

I was contacted by a recruiter about this job and they sent me the interview schedule. I then met with three managers who report to the Director. They were all nice and professional. After that, I interviewed with the hiring manager. She seemed keen to hire me, but wanted to confirm I possessed the necessary intelligence and attention to detail to manage her demands without needing frequent guidance. The company felt old-fashioned, with a very corporate dress code and demeanor.
