Customer Service Representative
I applied with my resume for an interesting position with an attractive pay range. Gia, the AI assistant, helped schedule a Teams interview. The recruiter was clearly reading from a script with a checklist, and when I answered everything positively, I was told the top of the pay range was significantly less than what was advertised.
- Are you able to work onsite five days a week?
Customer Service Representative
I talked with the manager and Team Lead. We went over my background and what I've done. I had to answer questions about solving problems, working with others, and how I'd react in certain scenarios, like if an order didn't arrive or dealing with an unhappy customer.
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next five years?
Customer Service Representative
I got contacted about 2 weeks after applying online. The people who interviewed me were nice and it wasn't a high-pressure situation. They mentioned they try to hire quickly. About a week after the first interview, I interviewed with a VP. I liked hearing about the division's history and future plans. It's been a couple weeks with no word yet, but I'm still hopeful because McKesson is in a growing area, healthcare product distribution. They're already a big player and look set for more growth.
