I applied through their website and got a call for a phone interview within two weeks. The recruiter asked basic screening questions about my work eligibility and some personality questions. It felt rushed and the recruiter didn't seem engaged or knowledgeable about the role, which made the experience unpleasant. She mentioned the next step would be an in-person interview if I moved forward. However, less than a week later, I received a Workday email stating I wasn't selected, with no explanation. This rejection felt unfair given my 12 years of experience (exceeding the 5-year minimum), relevant experience with their ERP system, salary expectations within their range, and willingness to comply with their hybrid schedule, background check, and drug test. I believe the screening with an unengaged recruiter didn't provide a fair assessment of my qualifications.

The interview process was smooth, with multiple interviews conducted by different managers. One interview lasted about an hour, during which the manager shared more details about the day-to-day responsibilities. It seems like a good company.

I found this job online and applied. A recruiter called me a few days later for an initial screening. After that, they said they would let me know if I moved on. The next day, I got an email to set up an interview. I spoke with two managers, and it felt like a good, casual chat. They mentioned they'd reply within a week, but it took three weeks, and I heard nothing back, which was really unprofessional. I even emailed them, but got no response. Eventually, I contacted the first recruiter, who told me the job was already filled.
