The main part is the third round where you'll be asked to present a marketing plan. Be very thorough and have a 360 approach to this. Include examples from their own program as well. You can pick any program and make the marketing plan, sometimes they will give you the product itself.

The process started well enough, but then got really disorganized. I was told they were hiring for two marketing roles and I was up for both. My first interview with the Sr. Director for role A went fine, and I got moved to round II. That seemed to go okay too. Then there was silence for about two weeks before I was scheduled for another interview. I wasn't told this one was for role B, which confused me since I thought it was off the table. I prepared for it like it was a continuation of role A, but it didn't go well. I followed up with the recruiter that day to ask about next steps because I was confused. I was told the hiring manager was out for a few days and I'd be updated when she returned. The very next morning, I got a generic rejection email! I contacted the recruiter again, and they said I was rejected for role B, but role A was still possible. Why wasn't I warned about the rejection email? A few weeks passed with no updates, so I reached out to the hiring manager and recruiter, but heard nothing. I figured they'd moved on. Then, a few weeks later, I got an after-hours email from the hiring manager apologizing for the delay and saying she'd be in touch soon about next steps because they were restarting the process. Four days later, I saw a LinkedIn post from the person who got the job. I'm still waiting for that second rejection email, haha.

I put in an application online. Got a call from HR about 2 weeks after. After talking to HR, I had to wait about 3 weeks for the hiring manager to look over my stuff. Then HR emailed and asked me to come in for an in person interview. The interview went really well and the questions weren't weird. But, the manager said he's not in a rush to fill the spot and has been okay with it being empty. This made me think maybe they aren't really serious about hiring. I didn't hear anything back, so I followed up with HR a few weeks later. Never heard back. It was a bummer after spending over a month and going to the office for the interview.
