it was pretty straightforward and moved fast. first spoke with HR, then the hiring manager. if it worked out, HR extended an offer and we handled all the negotiation details.

It was a long but really thorough and chill interview process. I ended up having four phone calls with people all over the company, then two one-on-one chats with the Director who would be my hiring manager, and finally a panel interview with some of my potential coworkers. The panel interview itself was super relaxed and easygoing. There was one phone interview that was a bit tough, but honestly, the rest of the process felt like a casual conversation with lots of back-and-forth.

Behavioral Technical Other

I had an initial screening call with the recruiter, which was okay. He seemed a bit distracted and kept cutting me off, so I didn't get to say much. He also mentioned he wasn't very familiar with the role and wouldn't be able to answer a lot of my questions. Despite that, I moved on to the next stage with the hiring manager. She was late to our meeting but did show up eventually. She asked some simple questions, but it was clear she wasn't very interested or engaged. Honestly, the whole process felt pretty unprofessional, and I was fine with not going to the third round. I feel like I avoided a bad situation.
