The interview process was much too long and made it hard to stay engaged. After many, many weeks, the recruiter still had no updates for me. The hiring manager was apparently on a long vacation. It showed a lot of red flags.

I went through several rounds of interviews, including a group discussion and individual meetings. There was also a written test and one or more meetings with the hiring manager. After passing multiple personal and online tests, I was selected. The last step was a medical examination. While the experience was positive, the entire process took a very long time.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and went through two interview rounds. The first interview included competency-based questions. The second interview involved a task where I had to develop a product development strategy for a specific subject area. My HR contact, Craig Haward, was fantastic, and the interviewers were great, making sure I was set up for success. I had a really positive recruitment experience, which was a big factor in my decision to accept their offer over another from a well-known publisher. My impression of McGraw Hill is very high because of this process, and I'd recommend the company to others.
