After submitting my resume and application, I received a phone call about two weeks later for the first round, which was a phone interview. They asked me basic personal information and how many days a week I could work. The second round was an in-person talk where I was asked about my educational and internship background, my interest in the job, and my salary expectations. I also learned more about McGraw-Hill.

I applied for two roles and went through an initial phone screen for both. For the first role, I had a 1-on-1 with the manager, and then a final interview with the whole team (5 people). I was at the 1-on-1 stage for the second role when they called to offer me the first position.
