Sales Representative
I got to my second interview for the Sales Representative role. The first interview was pretty easy, they asked very simple questions. Five days after the first interview (including the weekend), I got an email about the next round. Still waiting for an update, fingers crossed!

Operations Administrator
Got contacted by the recruiter the day after I applied online. The screening was done through Teams. The recruiter wasn't prepared, didn't seem to know my resume, and was disorganized. I don't think he fairly assessed my skills. He focused too much on my most recent job instead of my whole background, despite my customer service experience. He also seemed to disregard the advertised pay of $17.16–$30.72, saying I wouldn't be considered for the $25/hour I asked for. I have experience. If pay was an issue, why contact me? He said the most they'd offer was $22/hour. Never heard back.

Operations Coordinator
I applied and a recruiter reached out on Dec. 17th to schedule an interview for Dec. 20th. The interview was great, they shared a lot about the company and role, and answered my questions. Then, the Operations Branch Manager contacted me on Dec. 23rd to set up a video interview. After that, I had more interviews with the team, the Regional Operations Manager, and the Branch Sales Manager. The last interview was on Jan. 6th, and I found out I got the job on Jan. 8th. The whole process was easy and moved pretty quickly, even during the holidays! Everyone was professional and friendly, and the interviews were enjoyable. I got the offer on Jan. 10th and started the new job on Jan. 27th after giving my old job a two-week notice.

Service Coordinator
The interview process was super smooth and really easy to understand. McGrath is a great company to interview with because they don't reschedule a bunch or make things complicated. The interviewer was amazing, and their vibe and support made me really want to get a job here.
