There were 3 interviews. The first was a phone call with the recruiter about your background. The second was in person or on Teams with the hiring manager and recruiter asking behavioral questions. The final interview was in person with the VP of HR and a director or senior person who has been in the role. This last one was also all behavioral questions. Behavioral Presentation

The recruiter was super friendly and kept me in the loop the whole time, which was great. The company vibe seems really good, everyone was positive. They laid out the whole process from the start, so I knew what to expect. The main hiccup was scheduling the panel interviews and pitch because of all the senior people involved; it took ages to find a time. A better scheduling system would definitely help everyone out.

I had three interviews: one phone call and two in-person. The team was super friendly and happy to answer any questions about the role. The building is really nice and definitely gives a good impression. I was really drawn to how much they emphasized the MB culture; it made the job sound very appealing.
