The interview process was tough but the firm did a great job of asking thorough and thoughtful questions! I was very nervous but the interviewing partners did a great job of asking me about my experience and how i could connect with them.

I interviewed for an associate position focusing on asbestos cases. I spoke with two women, one of whom would be my direct supervisor. The interview felt positive, and I wasn't presented with any unexpected questions. After a week, I followed up and learned that someone else had been hired. While it would have been courteous to receive some notification, the overall process was satisfactory.

The interview process involved a first-round chat with a junior partner, followed by a second-round with a senior, managing partner. I never met with an associate. They extended an offer even though they knew it was below my minimum salary requirement. Overall, the vibe wasn't great.

It was a few zoom calls, and then one in-person interview at their office in downtown NYC. They really seemed to want me to join. Got an offer about a week after that.
