Applied online in early March 2025. Had a positive experience overall. Three weeks after applying, I had an HR phone screen, then two weeks later a 30-minute video interview with the hiring manager. Got the notification within two weeks that I didn't get the job.

After I applied, a recruiter from the company reached out. I had a phone chat with her. Then, she passed me along to the hiring manager. I had a video call with him. It went well, and he even said I was very qualified for the job, but then I never heard back from them, even after I followed up asking for an update. Complete radio silence.

The whole thing took about 2-3 months. It started with a quick chat with HR, then I had two phone calls with my managers. After that, they paid for me to fly out for a full day of interviews at their office, meeting a bunch of different people from the team, even during lunch. Next, I had to do a project to show what I could do technically. Finally, I had one last Skype chat with the VP of the team.

There was a 20 minute quiz first, then a 2 hour in-person interview with the team and VP. They asked a bunch of work-related questions. Honestly, I wish it was shorter, especially since the quiz results were what they based their decision on anyway.
