Behavioral Group Presentation

During the pandemic, the initial stage was a group interview over Zoom where candidates discussed their motivations for wanting to join. They also provided an overview of the job expectations. This was followed by a 30-minute phone call with a recruiter to discuss personal background and hypothetical scenarios, like 'How would you show a kid to point?'. Successful candidates then proceeded to a two-hour "Demo-Day" at the foundation. This stage involved observing the candidate interact with a child, with an initial 15-minute observation period followed by a 15-minute teaching interaction evaluated by a teacher. If the teacher approved, the candidate was hired on the spot and completed necessary paperwork the same day.

Behavioral Technical

First, I had a 30-minute phone call with their HR coordinator, which was the usual 'tell me about yourself' stuff. Then, there was an in-person interview with the same person where I talked more about my technical skills and availability. If hired, there's an immediate training session.
