HR reached out via email to schedule a phone interview. This interview was surprisingly in-depth and required detailed responses, so be ready to support everything you say. After the phone call, HR contacted me again to arrange an in-person interview, which ended up taking a few weeks to schedule. I met with two different people on the same day for the in-person interviews. They were both really nice and mainly wanted to assess my readiness and willingness to work hard. Unfortunately, the role required specific experience and background that I didn't possess, so I didn't get the job in the end. The process felt drawn out, and I wish they had communicated earlier that they were considering other candidates instead of making me wait so long. It felt like being ghosted.

I found out about a Project Manager position through a recruiting agency. The interview got rescheduled the day before a long weekend. They thought I'd be a good fit because I have insurance experience and they work with pharmaceuticals. The recruiter asked me to research pharmaceutical advertising regulations, which was tough. I felt I did well on that part of the interview. When I got to the HQ, I had to wait about 20 minutes because the lead Project Manager was dealing with a crisis. I ended up interviewing with someone else first, assuming I'd meet her later. The first interviewer was nice and I answered his questions fine, but we went over the allotted time. He then went to get the other person, but came back saying she was still busy with the crisis. He seemed to imply I should leave, which I found rude. I left feeling unsure about the company culture, especially if this is how they treat guests. I ended up finding another job anyway.
