It was a nice, organized interview for the Account Executive job. They made sure I knew what was expected. The interviewers seemed interested and acted professionally. The steps felt right, they got back to me quickly, and I got feedback fast. It was a fair process all around.

I had an in-person interview with 3 of my hiring managers, one of whom was the VP of the department. Then, I had a joint interview with 2 Account Supervisors for the accounts I would be working on. All the meetings were pretty laid-back and included typical interview questions along with some get-to-know-you questions. About two weeks later, I had a phone call with HR to discuss salary and expectations. Another week went by, and I heard I got the job. The whole thing took about a month from when I was first notified about the interview to when I received the offer.

Behavioral Presentation

Really straightforward interview process, clear from start to finish, with 2 main parts. First, you'll have a video call with a senior team member to talk about your skills, your personality, and why you want to join McCann. Second, you'll come to the office to present your solution to a problem they’ve given you, and then answer more questions. It’s very conversational, not like a typical interview. I got an offer really fast after the second interview; the talent team was great, super helpful and responsive, and really wanted me to succeed.
