First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce.
Associate Attorney
The interview process was very easy. After an initial screening call with HR, I had a virtual meeting with one other attorney. It felt pretty low-key once I met the basic requirements for the job.
- What's your reason for leaving your current employment?
Auditor
The interview process was straightforward with simple questions, and the personnel were friendly and easy to interact with. It lasted 45 minutes and included 5 questions. I had the opportunity to ask my own questions too. They even offered me cake and tea.
- Could you tell me how many times you've left a previous job?
Foreclosure Processor
I had an HR call for about an hour covering basic interview stuff. Then I met with 4 team leaders for a casual chat about the job. A week later, I had another interview with 2 people who mostly talked about their own jobs. I got the offer a few days after that. I dressed up for both interviews.
- The questions were asked a very long time ago.
Paralegal
I got an email for a phone screening and then I advanced to a virtual interview. That virtual interview was weird because the attorney seemed unsure about what he was looking for. Every time I answered or asked something, he made a face like he was disgusted. It was not a good experience.
- Do you have prior experience with evictions?
