TBO
I went for the TBO Panel Interview on July 24, 2025, at MCB Tower. During the interview, the interviewers made some inappropriate remarks about how I looked and were disrespectful. I think this needs to be taken seriously because it really doesn't look good for MCB's hiring standards.
- Tell me about what you learned during your bachelor's degree.
Management Trainee Officer
The interview was pretty basic, mostly touching on topics related to your graduation field. They also asked about banking terms and questions specific to the role. On top of that, they inquired about family background, father's occupation, and reasons why they should hire you.
- What makes you want to join our company?
- What are your reasons for us to hire you?
RM Manager
After submitting your resume and cover letter via the MCB careers portal or a job listing, the HR team will review applications. They'll be looking to shortlist candidates that meet the basic qualifications and experience requirements.
- Can you tell me about your knowledge of Banking and management?
Management Trainee Officer
After submitting my application, I got an interview invite. There was a panel interview, and I was told there would be a second one after two weeks. The screening steps were different from what was described on their website, so I was unsure about them.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
- What is your CGPA?
- Your degree is in finance, but why doesn't your CV reflect related experience?
