Social Worker
There are two interviews total, the first one is a panel interview with coworkers, and if you pass that, you'll have a second interview with a supervisor. Everyone was really nice and made the process feel relaxed.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience and share some personal examples?
Teacher, Mathematics
They had me teach a 20-minute lesson to students in a real classroom while 4 people watched and evaluated. Then, we had the interview with one administrator and two teachers.
- Are you available to work on Saturdays?
Teacher
It was a panel interview where they asked me to either do a mini-lesson or describe a class overview. The interviewers were professional and read questions from a list.

Special Education Assistant
The interview was held remotely over webcam due to the pandemic. It went well and consisted of about 13 questions from 4 interviewers. It was a short 15-minute interview.
