Substance Abuse Counselor
I got a call for an interview about a week after applying. When I arrived, I waited in the front room for a bit before being taken to meet with two women who interviewed me. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
- How would you manage stressful circumstances?
Treatment Counselor
The interview process was warm and inviting. I felt like I could be friendly, open and honest without fear of judgement. I applied in house because I was employed at a different program under McAlister. When I sent my resume over it was a matter of hours that I was called and asked to schedule an interview. I was hired on the spot after the interview.

It was an in person interview where they asked me about my experiences and education.
