First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MC2.
Account Executive
It was a two stage interview process, conducted over the phone and then in person. There was also a task to complete afterwards. The interviews were quite long (over an hour), but it was easy to talk to the MD's. The main focus was on cultural fit to see if you had the right work ethic.
- What are your strengths in PR?
Account Manager
Started with a conversation, followed by a few emails. Then had a video chat/interview, and two in-person interviews. Great conversations and good rapport were established. Things were looking positive for next steps, but then there was no reply or response.
- Can you discuss your strengths and weaknesses, providing specific examples?
Project Manager
I interviewed with the CEO first, and then on the same day, I met with the President and the head of HR. This happened because it was hard to get senior management together at the same time, not because there's a set process. After that, I had one more interview with a divisional president. I got the offer about two weeks after that last interview. In each of the interviews, we talked about the job duties and where there might be chances to make our project management processes better.
- What is your strategy for managing the production team at an out-of-state facility, especially considering that other project managers are located on-site?
Vigilante Patrimonial
I'll do rounds in the company, attend to people, control the entry and exit of people and vehicles, pay attention, have good service, speak attentively, be attentive, helpful, cordial, good posture, engagement.
- I have experience, I have the vigilante course.
