Behavioral Presentation

I had an online Zoom meeting with the core team. The atmosphere was really friendly, and it felt like they were genuinely looking for someone to fit in with the team. Although I made it to the top 2, they ultimately selected another candidate. They personally called me to deliver the news. I have to say, the entire process was very professional, warm, and felt employee-friendly.

The interaction was very pleasant and professional, with a human and approachable touch. They seemed genuinely interested in my responses. The hiring process was quite quick and straightforward. It began with an initial general chat with HR, which included a section in English, followed by a more technical interview. After that, there was an Excel test and a psychometric assessment.

I applied online and then got a phone interview. After that, they scheduled me for an in-person interview. I interviewed onsite with the Plant Manager. The interview was very straightforward, and the Ops manager was on the phone. They gave me a site tour so I could see the whole operation, some of the process and equipment. The office was very neat, tidy, and organized. HR followed up with a job offer.

Behavioral Technical Other

It took about six months to get through everything. I had three rounds of interviews. The last one felt like it was for a completely different kind of job. The recruiter said they had changed what they were looking for from the initial job description. Pretty disappointing overall.
