The interview Team was awesome and so kind!! Felt very at home. They presented the job and expectations well and were very open to all questions I had about the position.
- What are your future goals?
Lockbox Specialist
I applied online on their website. I had a one on one interview and then they told me to come back for a skills assessment the following week from 9am to 3pm for one day. They said they would decide then if they were going to hire me. The skills assessment was basically just shadowing someone. They didn't test anything. I'm not sure how shadowing someone properly assesses your skills, but that's how they do it. I was told the assessment would be paid, but after I finished and left, I was told I'd be called. I didn't hear anything for over three weeks, not a call or email. I didn't get paid either. I had to write a Glassdoor review for them to respond and pay me. They claimed it was a payroll issue, but I did the assessment on March 26th and got paid on April 21st after my complaint. I emailed them three weeks after the assessment about not getting paid, and they ignored it. Overall, the interview process and skills assessment gave me bad vibes. I wasn't comfortable with the company because of their poor communication and lack of respect for my time. I would never recommend this company.
- Do you have experience with billing?
- What is your motivation?
- Have you worked in processing before?
Front Desk Associate
They held a group interview where three staff members interviewed three applicants simultaneously. This group format wasn't disclosed beforehand. The interview, held in a conference room displaying aromatherapy oils for sale, lasted almost two hours. Initially, they asked standard questions but instructed us not to give identical answers, requiring us to find alternative responses even if we had a similar good answer. After about 45 minutes of this, the person who initially greeted us led us on an extended tour of the office, detailing the purpose and daily use of each space, which seemed excessive for a front desk role. We were introduced to most of the staff. They asked us to email within 24 hours if we were still interested, but I didn't follow up.
- What are your key strengths that would make you successful in this role?
Dental Assistant
The process was rough, communication with managers and whoever was in charge was poor. I showed up for the interview and the manager wasn't even there, she was somewhere else and I had to wait 40 minutes for her. There's a lot of paperwork and a whole application process to go through before you even find out if it's a good fit.
- Can you tell me about your years of experience and qualifications?
