I had a chat with the interviewer about the job and what's expected of sales associates. We also talked about what you're good at and what might be tough in the role. They also went over the pay setup and gave some ideas about what you could make based on sales.

It was a really informal process. They were looking for someone with a very specific background and told me during the interview that I didn't fit what they needed. The company feels pretty small, like a startup, even though it's been around for a while.

The process included a recruiter call, interviews with hiring managers, and team members. Three interviews were conducted. There was no callback after the interviews. HR and the agent were contacted for follow-ups, and emails and promises for call backs were received, but nothing was delivered. Mazda Canada should follow up with applicants directly, as the agency used is very unprofessional and never responds to emails.
